Yo. Yo. What's going on? Well, this is something that we were early on because I've

been bitching about this for a long, long, long time. And that is tipping culture and how

everybody now asks for a tip. Sure. I mean, it's hard to believe, but I was complaining

probably 10 years ago. Hell, maybe slightly less. It's probably been about 10 years. I remember

going to pick up my dog from doggy daycare, where you bored the dog, you know, it's expensive.

And suddenly they had a tip line on the thing. I was like, dude, we're, because at that

point, still tipping was kind of service industry stuff. You know, it was, you expected it

a bar, you expected it at a restaurant. And then, you know, every now and then you'd

see it at a place where like, uh, this is a bakery. You just grabbed it out of the thing

for me, but I guess am I tipping you for doing a good job? I don't know. And the barista's

obviously at the copishop. Okay. You knew that you tipped when you did your hair. But I

mean, it was kind of, those were like, like, there are, there are confusing things. Like,

all right. Like, uh, and I'm not sure why is it because they pay women less? Like is,

you know, it's a disparity in incomes. Like, because so say you have a house cleaner,

you tip the house cleaner. Okay. But if you hire a handyman, you don't tip him. Yeah,

that's how much to paint my whatever, how much to fix my cabinets. And he's like, a hundred

bucks. You're like, cool. I'm not like, here's 110. I mean, I'm sure some people do,

but not every time. No, not every time. I will certainly like it. I'm like, when that

seems like a lot, but you don't feel out. Let me put it this way. You don't feel obligated.

If you tip your handyman, it's out of the kindness of your heart. Yes. And if you have a hundred

dollars and you have a hundred dollars on you, you're not like, damn, I don't have any

money to tip. Right. Now, if you ask for a 90 and you have a hundred, do you let them
