You start looking at what's out there to bolster the staff and you refresh and you refresh and you're wondering, what do I do to improve where I'm at.

It's slim pickings this time of year and I think that tonight's show, Steve, will be great to

look at a handful of names, all kind of sub 30% more or less rostered, but a nice swathath of guys some that are as low as 4% 1%

rostered deeper guys and then some that are a little bit more popular that we want to just

gut check is there signs of life here for improving the teams how's it going man I know
