And what better topic for a show when we are in the desperate crunch of August fantasy baseball.

Steve, I know we were talking offline. I'm grinding, clinging on to a playoff spot, but the trade deadline is coming out or is running as we speak.

I think this has some trade deadline inspired names that we'll talk about, but in general,

looking at guys, both pitchers and hitters that are lightly rostered

and could bring an impact when we all need it the most. So excited to get into it. It's going to be a very

practical and relevant show for all of us. So can't wait, man. How's it going out there? Yeah,

it's good. It was shaping up to be like a pretty boring.

I guess it's hindsight.

It's not the case anymore.

But not like we were just waiting for trades to happen.

I think it was a Cespitous barbecue put out a tweet how like no trades had happened.

And there's usually a few trades coming up

um the days prior to the deadline but thank goodness we got a flurry of a bunch today we have some

trickling in now i'm sure we may be lucky enough to quote unquote break some news uh as as we do this

on the deadline eve that would be be fun to maybe go off,

run down and talk about a trade.

But yeah,

this is a trade deadline adjacent show.

You know,

all your news shows will break it down.
