Let's dive into everything baseball related from Wednesday, July 30th. Today will be a somewhat different episode in terms of schedule-wise as we're just going to
0:41.8	focus on trades because yesterday was absolutely wild and we still have one more day before
0:47.2	the trade deadline.
0:48.0	So we're just going to focus on breaking down all of the trades from Wednesday and then
0:52.7	give you a quick forecast into the short slate on Thursday.
0:57.9	So let's start things off by talking about our one injury since it's actually pretty significant
1:02.5	as outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. was officially placed on the 10-day IL with a grade 1 lower calf
1:08.3	strain. This was a bit concerning when he was wearing a boot on Tuesday and looks like it's not
1:14.9	going to be as bad as initially diagnosed as there was some indication that it involved
1:19.8	Acuna's Achilles.
1:21.2	Luckily, just going to be a calf strain and preliminary, preliminary tests revealed there
1:26.6	was no reason to believe that this is a significant injury.
1:29.7	So Acuna is expected to return in two to three weeks.
1:32.8	In a corresponding move, outfielder Jared Kellnick was recalled from the minors.
1:37.0	He has struggled at AAA since being demoted in late April, producing a 65 WRC plus,
1:43.1	and boy, Kelnick's fall off has been, needs to be studied
1:46.6	because it's been dramatic.
1:48.4	He was such a highly rated prospect.
1:50.5	I think like top three prospect in baseball before his call up and before his trade, but
1:56.9	really hasn't panned out for his MLB career.
2:00.2	And Kellnick will be on the strong side of a right field platoon with Eli White for the Braves until Akunia returns.
