I don't know about you, but I experienced tremendous, tremendous setbacks as a young

aspiring fitness enthusiast and young aspiring muscle building athletes and then ultimately

an aspiring bodybuilder. And regardless of where you are on that journey, there's going to be

very similar roadblocks that come up, right? We all face challenges. We all face setbacks. And it seems

like after doing this for 20 years, it's always the same things. It's

never anything different. It's always the same repetitive things. People are just simply doing it

wrong. And if you break it down to its base level, there's only a small number of things that need

to be there as prerequisites for you to actually succeed. So most people have these excuses as to why

they can't get in the best shape

of life, where they can't build muscle, right? And whether it's genetics or time or money or knowledge or

whatever you think it is, it's always just an excuse. The simple reality is you're just missing

one or two pieces of this equation, sometimes three, that people simply aren't teaching, right? People

simply haven't deduced to a framework and

like, hey, this is a simple framework that if you just follow this process and you take action on

these very simple things, your body will start to reflect what you look like. So rather than looking
