Summary

In this week’s Flightless Bird, David Farrier sets out to Waco, Texas - taking a drive to visit the Branch Davidians compound, the old home of David Koresh. David is surprised to find that the strange offshoot of the Seventh Day Adventist church still exists and sits down to interview their new leader. 0:40.0	This year marks 30 years since the Waco Siege, when federal offices, law enforcement

0:52.2	The Branch Davidians had guns up the wazoo and fought back, leading to a 51-day
0:56.8	siege which saw 82 church members, or cult members, kills, along with four ATF agents. Bullets flew back and forth, shit blew up and
1:07.1	shit caught fire and now I found myself in Waco where I got to thinking, what happened to the Branch Davidians after all that went down?

1:16.7	What are they doing now if they do?
1:19.4	And so I opened up Google Maps, typed in Branch Davidian Compound, and got a location.
1:25.6	What else was that to do but take a look?
