discovered more than 100 skeletal remains in his home. Authorities said 34-year-old Jonathan

Gerlock broke into mausoleums and gravesites multiple times at Mount Moriah Cemetery in

Yeadden, Shemetery in Yedon.

The first reported burglary occurred on November 7, 2025, when police were called by friends

of Mount Mariah, which is a volunteer group that maintains the cemetery.

Investigators documented extensive damage inside the Hunter family mausoleum where cinder blocks had been

broken into marble flooring destroyed and crypts exposed below ground court records state that a rope

tied to a tree branch and fitted with a carabiner was found hanging into one mausoleum

positioned in a way that suggested the suspect repelled down approximately 10 feet to get into

these crypts underground. A monster energy drink was found among the debris, which of course they
