Roughly two years ago, Ryan and I were surveying the situation in Washington, D.C.,

and we grew increasingly concerned that some individuals who were inclined to abandon Ukraine as it confronted the worst invasion of Europe since World War II might try to blame weapons delivery delays to Taiwan on Ukraine.
