Some of the most vulnerable Americans are already feeling the squeeze from President Donald

Trump's moves to remake the federal government.

That's what nonprofits and healthcare providers are warning, as they're grappling with delays

in federal funding, new rules and changed guidance.

Here are a few examples.

One 19-year-old West Virginia resident with intellectual disabilities was not able to start a job because a community group

has not received its federal grant money. At least two Head Start programs have had to shudder

Investigators looking into the deadly air collision near Washington, D.C.,

are briefing lawmakers today as they try to piece together what happened.
