Welcome back to the Legend Rouge cycling podcast. The recap of stage seven of Lavuelta, beginning in Andoralev this morning, and then going back into Spain, turning right, and then heading towards Aragon, going west.

0:14.0

Big climb today, lots of climbing, 4,200 meters on the menu. The longest one was the Port de Canto, which is kind of in the middle of nowhere, to be honest.

0:23.7

And so it's really like, it's an attritional stage.

0:27.6

25K is 4.4%.

That's the hardest part of the whole day.

1:08.5

Then there's a descent of a kilometer.

1:10.6

And then it's three Ks at about, yeah, like 5%.

1:14.3

And it's shallow at the finish.

1:16.1

So good climb for numbers, good climb for a breakaway battle,

1:21.3

not the sort of climb.

1:24.0

You could make a difference here, you could,

1:26.3

but not huge gaps.
