Welcome back to the Lantern Rouge cycling podcast for our third grand tour of the year, our big ultimate

0:38.0

of World through Spain, a 2023 preview with this episode presented to you by Morton, one of our new partners.

0:47.0

It starts in Barcelona. We're going in person. We'll be there at the I don't actually know what.

0:54.0

Grande Power is in Spanish, which is bizarre because I don't speak Italian, but I was Grand Departenza.

1:01.0

You can clip that, but in Italian for the Giro, but we're going to Barcelona for the TTT technical one starts there.

1:08.0

And they're heading up to Andorra for stage three in the first week of this. Well, so what do you make of the park?

1:13.0

And week two, same story, they kind of traveled towards the Valladolid region, I would say in week two, but I feel like they just go back to the Pyrenees.

2:09.0

The first chance they get to get back into the mountains to get to the likes of the tour.

2:13.0

And those stages are rough big mountain stage, but also once again, medium mountain stages. And there's a lot of those unipuerto.

2:21.0

So unipuerto, a single climb at the finish line, rampant humana stages.

2:26.0

And I feel like some of them look like carbon copies of each other, but we'll deep dive into each and every single one of them later in this podcast.

2:33.0

And then in week three, I'd say they go to Asturias to the left side of Spain a bit and then true Angliru a bit south. And there's a combination of rough climbs like Angliru and combination of rough medium mountain stages like stage 20.
