Voters in Florida and Wisconsin will head to the polls today

for the first major election night since President Donald Trump returned to the White House.

In Wisconsin, voters will decide on a new state Supreme Court justice, in a race that's got

some high-profile attention, and become the most expensive judicial contest in U.S. history.

It's technically non-partisan, but Republicans are backing conservative judge Brad Schimel,

while Democrats are behind liberal Susan Crawford.

Wisconsin Supreme Court is set to decide on changes to the state's congressional map,

which could ultimately impact the balance of power in the U.S. Congress.

Trump's advisor, Elon Musk, has been campaigning hard for Schimel, including at a telly

town hall last night.

If Brad Schimel does not win, if the Democrats win, they're going to redrawl the Wisconsin

districts and Wisconsin voters will be disenfranchised of two Republican House votes.

And in Florida, elections are being held to replace former GOP representatives Matt Gates and Mike Waltz,

in districts that Trump won by significant margins last year.

The Trump administration has mistakenly deported a Maryland father to El Salvador and sent him to a

mega prison. It made the admission in a court filing yesterday, saying it happened because of a

quote, administrative error, but claiming he can't be brought back because he's now in Salvadoran
