Will Heflin and boy is it a perfect time to talk to Hefflin again because

Charlotte is trying to throw their own Will Heflin against Tennessee on

Friday night to open up the NCAA tournament and we'll get to that here in just a moment

but I must say the vibes are good on this Thursday afternoon.

I've submitted my application to the Masters to hopefully pull off a miracle and get my

tickets for next year. Tennessee softball has beaten down Alabama to kick off the World Series, the

Women's College World Series and will I guess we'll see if all of this positive

momentum around Tennessee athletics carries into to the baseball stadium down there at Clemson on

Friday night.

Yep I want to double up on that shout out to the softball team that was a convincing win in OC. So good start there. Let's see if they can move on it and

keep pressing along in the Women's College World series and yeah we found out Andrew Lindsay today is going to go

to the balls and they're throwing a lefty I looked at his numbers a little bit. Seems, you know, nothing really popped out at me

huge, but it's hard to ignore, you know, us coming off a tough Hoover outing against against the lefty you know he

could be but I'm not gonna I'm not gonna put my money that this guy is going to be Troy Wantsing.

So hopefully we can get to him a little bit.

But I think that's smart for Charlotte.

I mean, you know, some of our best hitters are left-handed and I think

Dickie's probably the best left on left because he's such a pure hitter and he can hit the

ball the other way but. But it's definitely a tougher match up for us, so we're going to have to be on our peas and

cues early on.
