but we're still talking football but we're talking football recruiting because Tennessee

had a massive recruiting weekend football recruiting

weekend this past weekend over Memorial Day

with the 865 live event that it had

and Ryan I think the first thing to point out before we dive into some individual

story lines and discuss the individuals not to go all butch Jones on folks by saying individuals but

before we discuss individual recruits, I think it's

safe to say that the talent that was on campus this past weekend as a whole was just mega impressive. I mean Bush Jones had his at his

times at Tennessee when he had a lot of very talented high-level recruits on

campus, Jeremy Pruitt as well. very talented high-level recruits on campus

Jeremy Pruitt as well, but I think this past weekend was was up there with with any of them if not more

Yeah, really impressive turnout and I just think this this is a and this is the second year in

road Tennessee's done this Memorial Day weekend type event where it's it sort of kicks off your summer visits and it beats

everyone else to the punch a little bit because obviously everything's

leading up to June official visits that have become so important in

recruiting with so many players making summer decisions and this gives you a chance to get those guys back on campus again

before official visits so in a lot of cases the guys who were here this past weekend will be back at Tennessee within the next few weeks.

Some of them you've got commitments back to hang out with those guys too.

It allows you to build relationships.

And some of those guys don't really know what to expect
