Yo, hey everyone. So I am just going to get straight into it today.

0:08.8

Last week, we recorded an episode in the podcast studio with an incredible guest and the episode

0:15.8

is going to be released next week. So make sure you tune in and you don't miss it because

0:20.4

I'm mega excited for this.

0:22.4

And I talked to this guest about transformation and change and the possibility of change and that

0:29.7

we are all capable of huge, huge powerful change. So change and transformation is something that I

0:36.0

personally am just fascinated with, obsessed with.

0:39.4

I love it. I love the concept that we can all improve, grow, develop, learn new skills,

0:46.4

start new careers, change, transform, like whatever life you've had, wherever you've come from,

1:29.2

Congratulations. Thank you very much. I think, you know, and I think back, say, for example,

1:33.4

10 years to when I was 21 years old, of course I've changed. I'm not the same person that I was then.

1:38.9

You know that, you know, if you know someone and they're like, I've known you for this long. I know the old you, the real you, like

1:44.6

all of that kind of thing, because they're resisting you changing. You know, I'm, yes, I've changed

1:49.2

in 10 years. I want to. I want to have learned and taken something from every experience that

1:55.9

has changed who I am. And I want to continue to do that. I hope that in 10 more years time,
