you there. In other news, what's going on? This week's mega busy. I mean, I feel like everyone I speak to

is like so, so busy. I think September is a wonderful time of the year to kind of focus your energy again.

You know, it's like the back to school vibes. And I think summer's over,

we're all ready to kind of focus. And it's a really good time, I guess, to kind of think about,

you know, maybe some of your daily practices, maybe some habits. I know it's getting difficult

in the morning. It is getting darker. I know, guys, I'm going out at 5.30 and my Instagram stories is so dark that you can't even see me when I'm

jogging along. But yeah, I think it's a good time of year to kind of think we've still got time.

The year is not over yet. There's still lots of time to get the things done that you really,

really want to. And also thinking that if you haven't done it this year. It doesn't matter. Next year's coming. So I'm at a point now where I'm
