Yo, hey everyone, it's Adrienne here and this week's voice note is coming to you from the Maldives.

0:10.8

So I have never been anywhere like this before in my entire life. I've been at the Shangri-La's Villenghilly Resort and Spa for the last nine days. I'm here teaching workouts and doing one-to-one

0:24.3

personal training and leading run club. I have a little bit of a sore throat, so bear with me.

0:30.2

I think maybe from the travelling or the humidity, air conditioning, I don't know, but I'm losing

0:35.2

my voice a little bit. But yeah, basically whilst I've

0:38.1

been here, I've been, as I said, you know, coaching people and leading workouts and stuff. But it's also,

0:44.5

was like, oh no, like, I'm going to hide my ice cream from you. And because maybe I don't know,

1:20.9

she assumed that I'm going to be like, oh, don't eat ice cream, which is kind of, it's just so funny to me because although, yes, I love fitness.

1:27.9

And obviously it's my job to train people here.

1:30.8

Like I, yeah, I love fitness.

1:32.2

I love to work out, break a sweat, you know, but that doesn't mean that I, I don't know,

1:36.4

that I'm like the ice cream police.

1:37.8

And also, I don't really post a lot of content online, I suppose, about food. So maybe people assume that I'm just like, I don't know,
