0:07.7	This week, I want to talk about when you, whether you're a freelancer, whether you're not a freelancer, whether you work in a big company, small company, whatever, or any industry, I feel like there are moments.
0:20.2	There are times. we all know it,
0:21.7	we all recognise it, we all see it, where people get given opportunities or given jobs or
0:27.4	given, you know, a platform or responsibility or something that we feel everyone, we,
0:34.3	myself, maybe you feel like it's a little bit unfair and a little bit unjust.
0:40.2	And you might think that, you know, you might feel envious of them or you might feel jealous about it and think,
0:46.6	oh, that's not fair. Like, I wanted to get that job or I wanted to have that opportunity or whatever.
0:51.5	And maybe you wouldn't feel that way if you felt like it was just if it was
0:55.1	just do you know what I mean so if they deserved it they're the best person for the job they're the
0:58.7	most hard working they're amazing then yeah of course we're human beings you're allowed to feel
1:04.3	envious and acknowledge that feeling and go oh that I'm a bit envious of her but she deserves it
1:09.4	and it's amazing or he deserves it and it's amazing, or he deserves it and it's
1:11.3	amazing. However, I think the reason when people get vexed and people get kind of, you know, really
1:16.1	just down about it is when they're like, oh my goodness, it's so unjust that this person was given
1:21.9	that opportunity or that job or that experience or whatever purely because of another reason.
1:26.7	So not because of their work ethic or their ability,, purely because of another reason. So not because of their work
1:27.8	ethic or their ability, but more because of something else. For example, it's like, oh,
1:33.3	their dad owns the place. Or they have a million followers on Instagram. So the brand wanted to
1:40.1	work with them. Or they had, I don't know, I can't really think of an example, but maybe they
1:45.3	just, I don't know, but there's a reason, they just knew someone or whatever, there's a reason,
1:50.1	and you know what that reason is, and everybody knows what the reason is, and it ain't because
