| 0:44.3 | So, now I should point out, as you came in to the studio, you said you were having a shower |
| 0:52.3 | and you were annoyed at yourself for the choices you'd made. So if you want to change any of these, it's fine. It's like, because I think I was just so honest. You were like, five things you love. I was like, easy. And I just threw them out. Then I was like, oh no, I meant to try and be interesting here. And I'm insisting on talking about sleep. It's so interesting though. Are you like that? Everyone does that in the shower. I bet you even Donald Trump is having a shower and he's like, oh God, what did I say? Why? It's something about being alone with yourself when water is cascading at your body. Do you suddenly go, oh, I'm a dick. Donald, I, I meant to be cool. And then I was like, how can I make sleep funny? So with sleep, one of the things you went for? Sleep is like my favourite topic. I'm actually barred from talking about it. So everyone's like, no. By who? By anyone who's within my friendship group. I just love it so much. Have you always loved it? I have always loved it. |
| 1:45.6 | And actually sleep is what got me over my fear of death. Because I love sleeping so much, I'm so frightened of dying. And I can't believe everyone's just walking around and they're not scared about it and not thinking about it. You've come to the right place. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I think about it all the time. Like I see really old people and I'm like, oh God, they must be petrified. |
| 2:02.6 | Just like, it could be the only thing on their mind. Yeah. But, like, I figured out that dying is like being asleep and I love being asleep. Yes, but you never wake. I know. You don't know what, you don't know if you're going to get eight hours or ten hours or forever hours. |
| 2:19.2 | Do you have like a fit or anything like that where you can see how long you sleep? |
| 2:23.5 | I have... I know, I'm delighted we're talking about it because I came off the back of a not good night's sleep. |
| 2:29.0 | I have an aura ring. |
