Kristen knows it's the virtue's entertainment boss.

Drake and 21 Savage have been sued by Vogue over a fake magazine cover they used to promote

their new album, Her Loss.

So in late October, Drake posted on Instagram a Vogue cover with he and 21 Savage on the

front saying that to me and my brother on Newstance tomorrow, thanks that Vogue and Anna Wentore

for the love and support on this historic moment.

And that fake cover is what kicked off their promo campaign for her loss, kind of mocking

traditional rollouts.

They also promoted an MPR tiny desk performance that never happened and even fake clips from

an interview with Howard Stern.

And it was all just to promote this album.

But Vogue's like, haha, yeah, no.

You can't pretend to put yourself on the cover of our magazine and actually tweet at

Vogue and Anna Wentore that you're stoked about this special edition coming out.

So they're suing them for $4 million.

I saw that coming.

I mean, I wonder if they saw it coming too when just figured we don't care it's worth

it because it did work.

The promo went like crazy on Twitter.

So it was a brilliant idea, but I figured Vogue would have something to say about it.
