During Friday's show, they discussed how Frank Vogel still didn't have a contract extension, and the potential issues that could arise this coming season if he were allowed to coach as a lame duck. Hours later, the team announced that Vogel had a longer deal. The terms haven't made reported yet, but given the complicated nature of getting several new faces (most notably Russell Westbrook) on the same page in the winnest of win-now seasons, it's crucial to feel support from the highest places.
