We've seen videos appearing to show Mr. Putin visiting military installations.

A statement said he had reports from Air Force and Army Commanders.

A Ukrainian presidential adviser said Mr. Putin was visiting the area in his words to enjoy

the crimes of his minions for the last time.

The BBC's James Waterhouse, who's in Ukraine's capital Keeve, told me more about this rare

trip and when it could have happened.

Vladimir Putin can be heard on camera talking about the upcoming Easter.

So we can say that it was before last weekend, perhaps, but I think what this is more about

is what the Kremlin is trying to convey.

It does certainly appear that Vladimir Putin in a familiar, dark outfit being escorted by senior

officers was visiting a military bases across occupied southern and eastern Ukraine.
