Hey guys, I wanted to do a quick FAQ on this product right here called D3 and K2.

Anytime you take Vitamin D D you also want to take Vitamin K2 because they work together.

So Vitamin D helps you absorb calcium through the intestine. So it increases calcium in the blood. Vitamin K2 then takes it from that point and pushes

it into the bone.

So if there's an imbalance in these two vitamins, you can have a lot of problems with calcium.

In fact, it can build up in the tissues in the vascular system.

So this combination supports a healthy cardiovascular system.

In here, we put 10,000 IUs of vitamin D3 in each tablet and 100 micrograms of K2.

And this is what I found the best ratio to be, and you could take one of those or up to four at a time in the morning

preferably either with meal or you take it at your lunch just don't take it before you

go to bed because it can kind of give you a little energy.
