Recently, I did an episode about an article I found on the Wall Street Journal.

0:08.5

It was really about research that indicates exercise has a pretty profound impact on longevity,

0:18.9

on how long we live, and how we over time tend to, we're looking

1:35.3

lifting something that has some weight to it

1:38.3

over his head and putting it into the overhead compartment.

1:42.3

And I thought, what an interesting, fascinating way to look at exercise and fitness.

1:49.6

Instead of in this abstract, well, I want to age well, which is what I want and what I've

1:56.3

said often, to be really specific about what does that look like?
