We've had an amazing few days together

as we journeyed through an experience that we call the Mosaic Conference and it's been a beautiful

beautiful time and it's so interesting to step right from that into this moment, to what we call Vision

Sunday and it's really a time where we this moment to what we call Vision Sunday.

And it's really a time where we talk about what we see, where we're going, what we sense.

And it's always to me fascinating that to think about our city, to think about this particular

place in the world.

I talked to so many people who seem almost uncertain that they're at the right place in their life.

Trying to figure out what they should do, where they should go, and because I have the opportunity to travel to so many places in the world,

people are always asking me, if you could live anywhere in the world where

would you live and I always tell them I can live anywhere in the world and so I live there

and I always surprised them that I actually choose LA. I don't know why, but they think I'm here under duress.

That I really want to be somewhere else. I've been somewhere else and I want to be here.

See, I remember when was in my 20s and I want to be here.

See, I remember it was in my 20s and I became a person of faith and I worked as a futurist and an

urbanologist and I began looking at global trends and movements and trying to understand human migration.

And I began realizing that the world did not move evenly, that it was not at the same time at history,
