As some of you know, Frank recently stepped down as the chairman and CEO of the Home Depot.

Prior to that, Frank served as the Executive Vice President at the Home Depot over business development and corporate operations.

Frank previously served, and this is amazing, this is why we're so honored to have you here today or part of it.

He previously served as the Deputy Secretary for

the U.S. Department of Energy, General Counsel for the EPA, the Environmental Protection Agency.

He worked with Jack Welch at General Electric.

They continue to maintain their friendship

He's got his undergrad from Harvard,
