Gavin's been on our team for six years.

He's an extraordinary leader

and he came into a very difficult situation.

For those of you who are in the franchise business,

if you think about a struggling franchise

that's part of a larger organization

and you ask the question, who can I send in there

to fix this? That was the situation and we sent

Gavin into a tough situation and I won't go into all the details but he did

an extraordinary job. So essentially Gavin leads one of our largest churches in the

Atlanta area on any given weekend there are over 5,000 people there to make it even

more challenging. They meet in a school. They do not have their own building.

They're in the process not have their own building. They're in the process of building

their own building. So in addition to leading a staff, leading a large growing

church, he is also overseeing a construction process. So he, when it comes to delegation, he knows what he's talking about and as we talked about last

month during our leadership conference, Gavin did a breakout on delegation that was so extraordinary.
