my good friend Frank Blake.

On last month's podcast, Frank and I begin a fascinating conversation

around the idea of the inverted pyramid which is essentially a different way of

talking about servant leadership but I think a better way is we're going to discover.

We're going to pick up where we left off in just a minute, but for those of you who missed

As some of you know, Frank just stepped down as the chairman and CEO of the Home Depot.

He held that position since 2007.

Prior to that, he served as the executive vice president

over business development and corporate operations at Home Depot.

He's previously served as the Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy.

He served as General Counsel for the EPA, the Environmental Protection Agency.

He served as Deputy Council for Vice President George H.W. Bush.

He's worked with Jack Welch.
