Human beings are formed like molten glass and over the next nine years we can shape that human being into anything we decide.

You can do it for good or you can do it for evil.

And that's where, and that's because of the meaning-making machine in our head and how we perceive meaning.

And then once we see meaning, we decide that that is real.

Our beliefs become our reality.

And we fail to see anything else outside what we believe to be true.

I feel like I could get into a whole spiral about trauma, childhood,

but basically the understanding is that they hold you back.

So it's important to go through these modalities so that you can start to unlock

the emotions, the patterns, the things that keep showing up in your life.

Your issues, your patterns come knocking at the door, and then it breaks it down,

and then it, you know, ravishes your house, and then finally it's got to burn it down.

I believe that each and every one of us has the power within ourselves to create

the life that we really want and I want to help give you the tools to make that happen.
