Today I sat down with the beautiful, the wise, Stacey Leigh Barnes of onwordjourneys.com. Like last season we are choosing words to focus on. Today’s word is Interiority. I am going to be honest, this was a word I had to ask, what does this mean? The definition is the quality of being interior or inward. This is Stacey's word of the year, and what it means to Stacey is getting to your core self, your authentic self. Allowing yourself to be true to you. We spend so much time doing things for others, that sometimes, we let go of who we really are, and we need to find that person again, in order to reset and find what really makes us happy. Today, Stacey and I talk about what that means. We talk about something you can do, some practices that will help you dig in deep and find your true self.
