We're in L.A. in a hotel room. We look over

into the Hollywood Hills and we look into the, literally right into these homes. I mean,

we got to check the real estate, the Zillow on this. Like, how much of these houses worth?

A lot. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And the crazy thing about owning a house in the hills is you're, you could lose your house at any time from erosion. Like you're not safe and all of the, um... How many times does that happen? Natural disaster. They always seem to talk about it. But no house has gone down. I know, that's right. So I feel like it's just to keep the market prices down.

Just to keep the riffraff away. Yeah, no, we haven't driven through the hill. Remember that time we drove through the hills with the girl and the guy? Mm-hmm. It's very windy. Every day is a winding road. And you can't see any of the houses from the front. They just because they all go back. Mm-hmm. But yeah, there's a lot of rich, there's a lot of rich people that live in L.A. Yeah, they are. It's kind of mind-blowing. So, okay, here, let's talk about something juicy. I love juicy.
