| 0:00.0 | Stop it, when our kids listen to this one day. They're going to be like, what the fuck is wrong with you too? Yeah. What is wrong with you too? How do you talk about space? I? Virtual sex and the metaverse. I don't think these kind of conversations, like, in a less mature way, are the opposite of what our daughters would talk about. Drop it like a hot. Drop like a tie. |
| 0:22.3 | Natalie, what do I do? |
| 0:25.9 | I hope it's giddy-gitty. |
| 0:33.3 | Ooh, welcome to the Mom Choose podcast. |
| 0:36.4 | This is Cadnet. |
| 0:37.1 | We're in L.A. in a hotel room. We look over |
| 0:39.2 | into the Hollywood Hills and we look into the, literally right into these homes. I mean, |
| 0:45.1 | we got to check the real estate, the Zillow on this. Like, how much of these houses worth? |
| 0:49.8 | A lot. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And the crazy thing about owning a house in the hills is you're, you could lose your house at any time from erosion. Like you're not safe and all of the, um... How many times does that happen? Natural disaster. They always seem to talk about it. But no house has gone down. I know, that's right. So I feel like it's just to keep the market prices down. |
| 1:45.3 | Just to keep the riffraff away. Yeah, no, we haven't driven through the hill. Remember that time we drove through the hills with the girl and the guy? Mm-hmm. It's very windy. Every day is a winding road. And you can't see any of the houses from the front. They just because they all go back. Mm-hmm. But yeah, there's a lot of rich, there's a lot of rich people that live in L.A. Yeah, they are. It's kind of mind-blowing. So, okay, here, let's talk about something juicy. I love juicy. Are you ready to talk about something juicy? Absolutely. I don't know what that is yet. I'm going to find what's juicy for you, okay? I mean, I really did come out with the last podcast about whether or not you could have a, for real, an open marriage, if you could really go there and really think about it. Yeah. But that didn't get me in very far. You never told me if you could do it. Yes, it is. Oh, yeah, you could. No problem. I could. but that's one oh right it sort of has to be an agreement i think you can't just go off and do it on your own. No, you can't. I mean, that's not called an open ring. Imagine. That would be cheap. We're in an open relationship. No, we're not. What? Yeah, we are. You talked about it. You were sleeping. Yeah, I'm so sorry. You thought this was. She didn't know. We have an arrangement. We talked about this before we got married. |
| 2:18.5 | Yeah. |
| 2:15.5 | Don't you remember? We were drunk at the bar that night. I always told you. This was what it was going to be always once. I told you. It's like when Mark tried to claim that he didn't know I wanted four kids. Everybody knew I wanted four kids. Did I forgot to mention that to you, sir? |
| 2:18.4 | You were such a different person back then. |
| 2:34.5 | I have. everybody knew I wanted four kids. Did I forgot to mention that to you, sir? |
| 2:37.4 | You were such a different person back then. |
| 2:37.7 | Yeah. |
| 2:40.4 | You were such a different person back then. |
| 2:42.0 | It's so weird. |
| 2:44.9 | I wish we could almost go back and talk to us. |
| 2:47.5 | Like, we must have changed so much. |
| 2:49.4 | We must have. |
| 3:08.4 | I know, but I think a lot of the thoughts in my head are still the same. Now you just act on them. Now you just say them. Now you, because I think about like the way, like it all came about. What came about? He wrote you a card. Wait, the way we met? Oh, no, the way we got four kids, right. |
