Come one, come all to all to the astrology lounge for Act 1 of 2 in the Virgo moon

New Moon season. Hi everybody, welcome to another episode of the Astrology Lounge.

I'm your host, Stephanie Powers.

We're going to discuss the first of two Virgo New Moons coming up on August 23rd, 2025, at

209 a.m. Eastern Standard Time at the very fresh new degree of zero.

You know, new moons are associated with newness and zero, if you study numerology,

is I wouldn't even describe it as being new.

It cannot be described.

When I look at my book Angel Numbers by Kyle Gray, the number zero stands for, God is close by.

You are never alone. So I guess this was kind of an unplanned prayer for the beginning of our

episode here. God is always close by. You are never alone. I think that is something

that astrology gives you the gift of. It can predict weather forecasts, you know, energetic,

emotional, psychological weather forecasts in your life. But throughout astrology school,

and now using it personally and professionally, I found that some of the most potent medicine

that can come from astrology, the alchemy of it, is reflecting on the past. It's using astrology

to say, okay, give me a date from your past that your life was never the same after. Specific marriage a divorce a baby the loss of a child

the death of a parent the death of a child the death of a fur baby moving to a whole new place where

you got to completely reconstruct your identity give me a date and we how it in astrology school we

pull so many of these past dates and reflect on

transits. Where were the planets, the moon, the sun, in the sky when these things happened.

That's kind of the foundation of astrology, because when you study the history of it in your

own life and those close to you, all of a sudden you start to look at patterns. And that's how we get
