Our guest this week is another person who I've admired for a long time and then met

on Twitter. Virginia Heffrinon is a phenomenal reporter and writer. She's been with the New

York Times among other publications and so I've followed her for years and then we happened

to connect on Twitter and it came out that she was a meditator. So I invited her on the

show and as you'll hear she started to discuss something very personal in the course of

this interview that she has never discussed publicly before. Really personal, really moving

and really important to hear. And aside from that you're just going to hear a really

sharp mind. Talk about what meditation can do for a person and also hear her views on
