Yeah, let's just put it that way.

Now, the nice thing about it, Nick, was I got to go to the pool right after the run,

which is if you have like, if that's like something you can do, it's sweet.

That's the best way to cool down.

It's like the better version of an ice bath, right?

You jump in the pool and it's just like, oh, it feels so good. So I'm actually thinking I might

just do the run again tomorrow so I can do the pool thing after because that was, that actually made

the run kind of worth it because you got like a reward at the end. So I enjoyed that here on my Wednesday.

That was my little lunch break here before I get the night shift tonight for the website. So that was a nice thing to do here on my Wednesday.

And Q's filling up pretty good for you.

So it might be a light work for you.

It's kind of like the hot, then the cold tub.

That's pretty popular now.

And we recently joined our local Ymca and they've got a sauna

and my bigger my question for you like it is it fair game if i go sauna straight to the pool

or is it like oh gross you're making the pool all nasty i mean mean, pools are nasty in general,

so I don't think that's going to make much of a difference.
