It's the June 16th edition, and I see Ms. Tyler is representing Country Boy on our t-shirt

and in her hand right now uh rocking the brand there i am

not partaking today just coming back from vacation i don't need to add any more boost to this system

did plenty the past week but tyler looks like what is that a shotgun wedding you have dialed up today

that's a cliff jumper their iba yeah and um i tried their halfway home, the American Paleo.

It's probably my new favorite, but since they don't sell it down here in Nashville, I've got to save them.

So I'll have a cliff jumper.

Jack, it does not look like you're drinking, but you appear to be somewhere

very sunny. I believe you're checking in from Colorado Springs, Colorado with a nice

scenic view there. Where the hell are you precisely? I am, I'll be honest, this is pretty cool.

This is the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center. So it's Olympic stuff everywhere. Like this is where the

US athletes, you know, train and compete and prepare for the Olympics. So, uh, the athlete center

is to my left where they're like the dining hall and all that stuff. There's like living quarters

and, you know, there's like diving facilities and weightlifting like all of the Olympic sports they all

kind of live in this little college kind of campus looking looking place is very cool so in the middle

of all this is a basketball gym where I am watching a lot of very important basketball players

we'll get right to that as our first topic in just a second but we also have Zach at his humble

abode in Lexington
