take some time to be present where you are right now. Start off by taking one deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

I invite you to gently close your eyes.

Notice. close your eyes. Notice where your body is, how you are positioned and how you are feeling.

If you have any tension anywhere,

mentally allow that to soften.

Adjust your body if it helps.

Until you can find a stillness.

Now take your awareness to your environment. The sounds appear and disappear.

Is your mind creating any images to match these sounds.

Monsieur Paul's fate day came around again and all the students and teachers had been out collecting

small bouquets of flowers to give to him.

Lucy had made him a gift instead,

as picking flowers didn't sit well with her.

When it came time to present her gift,
