before finding a more natural rhythm of breathing.

Think about where you notice your breath for most.

Is it the entrance to your nose, with the cooler air coming in and the slightly warmer air sweeping back out.

Or maybe it's in the rise and fall of your chest. Perhaps it's as your belly expand and contract while you breathe in and down.

In and down.

In and out.

Wherever you feel it the most, just rest your attention there,

and each time your mind wonders, bring it back to that place. When you're ready, feel free to focus your attention on the sound of my voice as I recap our last episode.
