where we put down our worries from the day and pick up a good book.

I'm your host, Elizabeth. Thank you for being with me tonight.

This evening we are returning to the lead.

But before we open our book, let's take some time to relax and unwind.

Starting with your toes, work your way up your body, squeezing and relaxing your muscles as you go to release any excess tension.

Up your legs to your bottom, your abdomen, your back, your hands and arms, your shoulders and neck, working all the way up to your head.

Make sure you don't forget your face. You should feel more relaxed now, but to clear your mind, take some deep breaths, inhaling through your nose, collecting together

all your worries and concerns from the day and exhaling out letting them all go.

Repeat this as many times as you need while you try to focus on the sound of my voice as I recap our last episode. Lucy kept one eye on Dr John throughout the concert until he asked

her if she was enjoying herself.

He told Lucy he had seen Geneva's smack that she had made towards his mother,

and that one gesture had turned him against her.

When the performance drew to a close, a general murmur ensued in the hall before the lottery for the poor commenced.

Graham requested some fresh air, and Mrs Breton said she'd rather remain seated.

Lucy and Graham walked in the cold night and he confirmed his affections would not be again swayed towards Geneva.
