Would you go in the scriptures with me this morning to 1 Corinthians, the 15th chapter?

We've been on a series for some weeks now called Victory over Death.

Everybody say victory over death.

In verse 54 of 1 Corinthians 15, verse 54, he said, so when this corruptible shall have put on in corruption and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, death is swallowed up in victory.

Hallelujah.

He'd been talking about this all the way from verse one.

This whole chapter is on this subject about death and about resurrection and he said death is the

last enemy that'll be put underfoot death is not a friend we were now actually

not created to die is because of sin the The wages of sin is death.

He said, oh death, where is your sting?

Oh, grave, where is your victory?

Now, you know you got something strong working in you.

When you can stand out by the grave, even if it's a friend or loved one's body in the casket,

and you can stand there and be sassy.

Instead of grieving your heart out, you can stand there and go, grave?

I don't feel you.

I don't feel no sting. I don't feel your. I don't feel no stain.

I don't feel your bite death.

Grave, you got no victory.
