Hi everyone good morning first and foremost I am

thrilled to tell you I mean this isn't even the official

announcement but I want to tell you all of my podcast listeners that the

30-day vegan challenge new edition is technically here. This has been an

incredibly difficult and long and hard process, especially the coming out of the book,

and I'll explain another time.

Nothing bad.

I mean, all good stuff, just really really laborious and wonderful at the same time.

I imagine it's like childbirth and that's exactly what this has been. I kind of have joked in the past that all of my books are like birthing children, and this one is probably

the most like it because I'm in charge of everything, and of course with the other books I

wasn't. And so this has been pretty intense in terms of

getting distribution you know spreading the word getting marketing I'm the editorial director

I'm the art director and the head of everything I mean it's just there's a lot of decisions to be made and some things have happened that have been out of my control which happens and it's been pretty intense the most intense part of the process to be honest has been filling the indigo go orders and just getting all of those

squared away and we're kind of starting to do it now I'm

nervous that there's going to be returns because people didn't give me

their new address and they're just going to
