I feel like I should start by breaking into it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas,

which probably I'm going for the line a bit soon.

We're still three weeks away, but it feels like the whole sort of political landscape has got a bit of a

feeling of starting to wind down for the old Christmas break, Simon.

Yeah, I think you're right. I mean, I don't know whether it's a wind down or just the end of the wind up that's

happened over the summer and the autumn.

So it's been a bit, it's been a bit hectic, hasn't it?

We've lived, we've certainly lived in interesting times and maybe everyone else has just

kind of come to the conclusion that, sod it the general is not for 18

months away no one's going to be daft enough to call one any sooner nothing else is kind of really

happening let's just um everyone kind of sneak off to christmas and we'll come back at it with a new

year yeah it does feel a little bit like kind of with everything that's gone on,

the sort of boiling maelstrom of leadership elections and plots and schemes and

et to Brutai and, you know, would you like Rishi Sunak? No, we wouldn't like Rishi

Sunak. You sure you don't want Rishi Sunak? No, we wouldn't like Rishi Sunak.
