indifferent to the people? I can't tell.

Good evening, John. First I should say that that's public education has collapsed. If you

have the money to send your children to private school or if you're lucky enough to be taken

into a program by a charitable organization or the Catholic church, then you may be going

to school and I understand that those children are being educated. Public education, which

serves the broad population, has completely collapsed and part of it is the infrastructure

as you've described there. The children's schools are really in total disrepair, leaking
