meant very clear that Venezuela is led by a bully and a dictator who is illegitimate,

his name is Maduro. The Biden administration has continued to that opinion, however, there

are significant changes in Venezuela that require much more than just naming Maduro as a

bad actor. Malcolm Honeline, conference of presidents, major American Jewish organizations
