recent presidential election when he noticed something odd.

When you travelled through Caracas in the lead up to the election, you would see, my goodness,

just hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pictures of Madura everywhere you went, just cult of personality, and you didn't see a cult of personality and you didn't see a single poster of

the of much others opposition. It was just unbelievable.
