And our first story today, and I actually skipped last week because it was a holiday. I know. Outrageous.

And I kind of think I missed the moment when, though maybe it happened in the past week, where Trump came out with this whole thing

about James Talarico, who's running for Senate, of course, as a Democrat in Texas, is a vegan,

and he clearly meant it as an absolute insult.

And it was kind of taken as an insult.

And so, like, I guess we're used to this.

And I'm not sure it's a bad thing.

You know, all presses is good press.

And having the current president of the United States think you're terrible is not the worst thing in the world.

But, all right, so Plenteb News did a story about it, which they were actually reported that

Katie Perry had commented on the whole thing, which I'm not sure is that relevant.

But Katie Perry says Trump's vegan spat with Texas Democrat is, quote, pure idiocracy.

It does bring up the topic of that movie, idiococracy, which I saw years ago, but everybody's

talking about recently because apparently it's come true.

It's a great movie.

It's troubling.

I mean, it's very funny.
