He's the kind of guy who makes everything harder than it needs to be.

You know, like, for example, we have this area where, um, where project, it's like an inbox,

and it's right by his desk.

And he will literally walk like 10 feet to where where my my desk is just to give me papers

and projects and things to go put in the box and um you know and then the whole thing is like where

he'll email somebody or i'm sorry he'll have me email somebody when it'd be so much easier for him

just to do it himself.
