| 2:36.8 | And really kind of like what goes on behind the scenes in the last few hours, the 24 hours leading up to your presentation to your talk, kind of just getting your head right, getting your body right, getting yourself good to go. And we'll talk about it in a non-woo way. Does that sound good? That's the goal. All right. All right. So, all right, give us kind of an overview. What are we going to be covering today? I mean, we're going to talk about all kinds of things because the reality is we talk plenty about the content, right? What you're going to be talking about. We talk about the business side of these things. But at the end of the day, you are a human person with a human brain and a human body. And those things have limitations. And sometimes we've got to take extra steps to make sure that we are ready to walk out there and you know give our give our best self on stage so we're going to talk a little bit about rehearsal we're going to talk about how to prepare your mind right so the things you can do to make sure you're in the right mindset and then we're going to spend a little time talking about preparing your body which is obviously different for person, but we'll talk about some of the things we do to make sure that we are ready to walk out there and rock the stage. |
