I forget how long they'd been married, but her ex-husband was asking her for her ring back so he could propose to his new girlfriend. Don't you wish there was just some way that you could have cameras on people's lives all the time? So we could TiVo that and watch the moment that he asked and see her face and do a close-up. Because she must have been just like, you're out of your mind, right? I want to go back to when he thought that was a good idea. You know, like Devo even back to when he made the decision with somebody and something like, yeah, dude, that's a good idea.

I mean, the fact that he asked, the fact that he asked to me, it's weird because if I was the next girlfriend, I'd be like, what the hell?

So that part? But the fact there's any dilemma or whatever? Yeah, give him the ring. If he's that stupid, there you go. I would rather, like, use a piece of tin foil, something unique, then go back and use my my ex-wife's wedding ring to propose. But I guess when you're like, let's just assume the dude's in a total financial bind, right?

And there's no way that he can propose, right?

And so he's going through any options he has in his mind at all.

And this is the only one he can come up with.

We were, of course, obviously married.

We were married for about seven years.

And things just didn't work out between us.

We and I separated and I left him, and finally I get him to sign the divorce papers, and we've been divorced for about a year.

And he just started dating a new girl a couple months ago.

And he gave me a call and said, asked if I still had my wedding ring.

I said, yes, I do.

He says, well, I was wondering if I could have it.

I said, okay, what for?

He said, oh, well, you know, I'd like to have it.

And having a conversation with him is like pulling teeth.
