Welcome back to this week's episode of the Emily show.

You might have heard the news that Vanessa Bryant won a fairly large jury verdict judgment

in the case against the County of Los Angeles Sheriff's Department and Fire Department.

But I saw a lot of questions about the underlying case, what was going on anyway, and then

some new questions because the county is already indicating that they are going to move

for the trial to be set aside or the judgment and verdict to be set aside amongst other

things.

So we're going to break down what's been going on in this trial and what this trial

was about legally in today's episode of the Emily show.

So sit back, this one is, it's sad for me, it's just, it's a sad case.

It's hard to talk about the kind of lack of decency that the victims of this helicopter

crash were shown by the first responders who you trust to do their job in a professional

way.

It just is a hard case.

Some of the testimony we're going to be talking about is hard.

Nothing we're going to be talking about is graphic.

Everything we're going to be talking about.

I find deeply frustrating.
