Summary

Missing millions, mistress jewelry, and several new lawsuits. The Girardi case continues to unfurl stunning allegations of theft, fraud, and opulent spending at the expense of clients. The court finds in one case that Erika Girardi doesn’t have actual knowledge of Tom Girardi’s spending in his law firm and the work he was doing with other lawyers. The ruling includes some quotes from her deposition, which is very interesting. The Bankruptcy trustee has sued some of the legal lenders that are now being sued multiple times, and the allegations keep getting wild.
